How do I find my confirmation email?

When your registration is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive it or can’t find it, reach out to ee@thegiin.org.

How do I apply for media credentials?

If you are a member of the media interested in attending the GIIN Impact Forum, please reach out to press@thegiin.org to inquire.

Would it be possible to get a discounted ticket?

To make the Impact Forum accessible to a wider range of participants, we are offering a special rate for attendees from the global south and select NGOs. We are also offering a special rate for large asset owners, such as pension, insurance and sovereign wealth funds with over $1 billion USD in assets under management. Please reach out to Adam Samuel at asamuel@thegiin.org to see if your organization qualifies.

How do I register for Members Day?

After registering as a member, you will be directed to Member Connect to complete registration for Members Day within the confirmation page. If your organization is interested in learning more about membership, please contact networkmembership@thegiin.org and a GIIN team member will be in touch.

Registration for Members Day is not complete until you have received confirmation from the GIIN Member engagement team.

Can I get a visa letter?

During the registration process, you will be asked if you require a visa letter. If you select "yes," the form will prompt you to provide additional information needed to customize your letter.

Once your registration is confirmed and payment is received in full, we generate and sign the visa letter, which is then distributed to your registered email via DocuSign.

Can I buy a ticket for one day?

We do not offer one-day tickets to this event.

Cancellations, refunds and transfers

Payment and Transaction Policy

Attendees may cancel their registration by providing written notice via email to ee@thegiin.org. For cancellations received on or before July 31, 2026, the Host will issue a refund of the fee, less a $200 administrative fee plus any applicable taxes.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after July 31, 2026. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including an attendee’s inability to participate in optional, space-limited programming (e.g., Investor Training, Networking Dinner, or Members Day), at the Host’s discretion.

Attendees may transfer their registration to another individual by submitting a written request via email on or before July 31, 2026, to ee@thegiin.org. Each registration may be transferred only once.  All transfers are subject to a $200 administrative fee, plus applicable taxes, per registration. If the original registration was purchased at a discounted rate (including, but not limited to, GIIN member pricing) and the substitute attendee does not meet the applicable eligibility requirements, the difference between the discounted rate and the standard rate will be due at the time of transfer, in addition to the transfer fee.  The individual submitting the transfer request remains responsible for all associated fees, including the original registration fee, any applicable rate adjustments, and the administrative transfer fee. The administrative fee will be charged to the payment method on file.

Wire transfer payment instructions

Include attendee name and registration reference number for wire transfers; deadline is September 11, 2026. After the deadline, credit card payments only. Please check your confirmation email for the necessary wire information. Should you need assistance, contact our registration team at ee@thegiin.org.
