Payment and Transaction Policy

Attendees may cancel their registration by providing written notice via email to ee@thegiin.org. For cancellations received on or before July 31, 2026, the Host will issue a refund of the fee, less a $200 administrative fee plus any applicable taxes.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after July 31, 2026. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including an attendee’s inability to participate in optional, space-limited programming (e.g., Investor Training, Networking Dinner, or Members Day), at the Host’s discretion.

Attendees may transfer their registration to another individual by submitting a written request via email on or before July 31, 2026, to ee@thegiin.org. Each registration may be transferred only once.  All transfers are subject to a $200 administrative fee, plus applicable taxes, per registration. If the original registration was purchased at a discounted rate (including, but not limited to, GIIN member pricing) and the substitute attendee does not meet the applicable eligibility requirements, the difference between the discounted rate and the standard rate will be due at the time of transfer, in addition to the transfer fee.  The individual submitting the transfer request remains responsible for all associated fees, including the original registration fee, any applicable rate adjustments, and the administrative transfer fee. The administrative fee will be charged to the payment method on file.
